The snow is melting fast, but that has not stopped Methow Valley real estate market activity this late winter. We received over 100 inches of snow in Winthrop Washington in February to kick off a very late ski season. The MVSTA trails and the Loup Loup Ski Bowl are both holding up nicely this mid March 2014.
