Methow Valley March 2012 Home Sales

As promised here is the March 2012 Market Report for all homes as compared with the past 15 months. The news continues to look good for dramatic increased sales activity as compared with Janurary, February and March of 2011.  As spring keeps threatening to appear, any time now, the inventory for Methow Valley homes will increase. This will be especially true once the North Cascades Highway opens, bringing a flurry of happy visitors to our area.
