Part 2 of 3 blogs for the greatly anticipated Methow Valley Real Estate market reports is here. So how did the Methow Valley homes sell this past January as compared with December and the past 15 months?

2012 is beginning with strengthened market activity compared to a slow December month for home sales in the Methow Valley real estate market.  This just might be a good sign for the rest of the year as both prices and mortgage rates have been trending downwards over the past 4 years.  Nationally some trusted economist are saying we will see real estate prices go flat nationally in 2012.  Could this finally be the bottom of the real estate market?
