July 2013 Methow Valley Market Reports are here. As predicted there is not much to report because we are making comparisions to a much stronger market since the lows of 2011. Since Methow Valley real estate took a jump in activity from the year 2011, the dramatic increases in sales showed up in 2012. That coupled with our small sample size in rural Methow Valley still indicates we are no exception to the continued real estate recovery across the Nation.
