Here is the final market report from Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) for Land Sales in Beautiful Methow Valley for the previous month of February 2012 as compared with one year ago and past sales over the past 15 months. Communities include Mazama, Winthrop Washington, Twisp, Carlton and all the Methow Valley.
Once again we see the market is on the move for both land and homes in Methow Valley in 2012 with marked increases over the past two months as compared with these same months one year ago.
