These lovely and colorful charts are based on the sales data from North West Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) for the beautiful Methow Valley including our awesome 19 communities of Mazama, Lost River, Edelweiss, Winthrop West, Wolf Creek, Twin Lakes, Pine Forest, Winthrop, Rendezvous, East County Rd., West County Rd., Winthrop South, East Chewack, West Chewack, Twisp, Twisp River Rd., Methow, Twisp South and Carlton.

Note that pending homes for sale are almost double! The sales are noticeable increased as well, and the snow is coming down with the return of winter fun in ski town central at  Mazama rama.
