Methow Valley Market Reports for 2012,  January 2012 Land Sales month in review.  Previously we had the entire activity for both land and homes in Methow Valley, the market reports for just home sales in part 2  and now part 3 is the land sales for Methow Valley real estate based on the data provided by the North West Multiple Listing Service.

Of Note is the third Chart indicating the average sold price is trending up while the average offering price is trending down.
