Methow Valley Maket Report for Real Estate November 2011 Pending Homes

This month has interesting results in the pending sales.  Pending sales in Methow Valley refer to real estate that is contracted to sell if all the contingencies of the contract are approved and met.  Additionally both Seller and Buyer must preform what they have agreed to in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

No new pending sales in Methow Valley for residences in November 2011, but there were some other areas that are of interest. The average days a residence in Methow Valley will sit on market is a markedly lower time frame of just 39 days in 2011 as compared with 257 days in 2010 for the year (which is almost over).  As noted in the sales for November blog the average and median prices have also had a significant decrease.
