Free Photo Editor

Wow, I needed a free software photo editor to layer my banner images for some of my WordPress sites and darn out of my seven computers, the one with Photoshop is at the office and I am not there.  So after a little research I landed on a great free software that is really slick.  You do not need to register to use this amazing software, and you do not need to download it either.  You simply upload your image and use the editor to manipulate it how best you like.

It’s called Sumo Paint, and here are the hot tips to get that banner image layered up with say your logo or your text or perhaps even a head shot.  Go to the website look for the Sumo icon on the menu bar, far right, click, see the application load, go to file new and upload your image from your computer.  Next to add text simply find the text tool button on the right hand side (hint it looks like a capital “T”) that plunks text on your image.  Or perhaps you want to layer up the image with a logo or your headshot, simply go to file again and choose import new layer and choose the photo you want to plunk on top.  So easy so slick and there is a lot more there to use on the fly.  Remember this is online, free, with no registration necessary.
