As you can see we did have a stronger year in 2010 when we compare sales data for Methow Valley in 2011 to sales data in 2010 in just about every category. This decrease however is not dramatic enough to signal a steep decline by any means. Does this mean the steep declines of previous years is coming to an end? Hold on a minute and I will grab my crystal ball. All joking aside the data shows a slight decrease in this years market as compared to last for home sales.
